We believe that in order to take good care of our clients, we must take good care of our employees. The management’s role is to support and nurture the staff, providing teams with the resources necessary to be successful, including a deep knowledge base that goes to the roots of the company.
 
Using this non-hierarchical, organic structure, we empower employees and project teams to make decisions that best serve the project and the client. We believe that the staff working on a project has the best understanding of how to help our clients achieve their vision. They draw resources and expertise from the management team when they need it.

 

This leads to efficient and effective decision making and has created an atmosphere of trust and respect that carries forward to our relationships with everyone on a project, from the client to sub consultants.
